Yes you can get the wart virus from someone who has a wart on their fingers. If the person who is giving a blow job has a cold sore you could also contract the herpes virus. The doctor will not be bothered by these things because he/she will have dealt with them a million times before. As said before always make sure hands are always scrupulously clean and fingernails are short.

First of all I'm not sure what you mean by bj. As far as I know you can't get any diseases from fingering but be sure that the person who fingers you has clean hands and that their fingernails aren't too long as this could cause scratches and cuts which a doctor may be able to see.
