i have like, tiny whitehead and red irritation in my cleavage area and sometimes more directly on my breasts. how can i get rid of this?

You need a good acne wash. They have body wash made specifically for acne, but I didn't really care for it. The best product I have used is Neutrogena Oil-Free Acne Wash. Use it at least once a day in the shower. Use in the morning and before bed if that's not enough.
