Average weight might be different then healthy weight because we live in a pretty fat nation hah..

so a healthy weight is around 95-116 pounds. But, depending on your body frame it can differ. (I got these results from.. [Link](Mouse over link to see full location) )


You can also be like straight up muscle so really, its all about your body type and frame.
