Losing Weight Hi. I'm looking to lose weight. I'm 5'8, 130 lbs. Any advice on how to drop 5 lbs? Thanks!

The first 10 pounds are the easiest to lose since its all water weight. Cardio is a big factor plus anyone who is trying to lose weight should also be eating right, you can still eat what you want just dont over do it! The portion of food you eat should be no bigger then the size of your fist. ]
you can do
-sittups
-pushups
-any running sport
-jogging
-swimming
when your watching tv, dont sit down and munch on snacks...figure out some easy exercises you want to do and do them in front of the tv...make up a chart and check off when you have done that exercise (ex. 12 pushups, 20 sittups...anything you can think of)
and the very most important thing is DRINK LOTS OF WATER! dont go on a diet or try to skip meals..those are bad for you and really dont work.
