-sittups
-pushups
-any running sport
-jogging
-swimming
when your watching tv, dont sit down and munch on snacks...figure out some easy exercises you want to do and do them in front of the tv...make up a chart and check off when you have done that exercise (ex. 12 pushups, 20 sittups...anything you can think of)
and the very most important thing is DRINK LOTS OF WATER! dont go on a diet or try to skip meals..those are bad for you and really dont work.
