right i have thick hair
and everytime i grow it..
it just looks like a blob..
instead of skater/mophead..

Get layers. Thick hair is beautiful, but when it gets frizzy and messy... not so much. Layers will offer control. Also try and take some time to look around a drugstore/Target/etc. to find some product that will smooth it out. I would suggest Aussie products. They work really well.

If your hair is thick, go to a hairdressers and get it thinned out, possibly with layers to add texture etc. You will have to get it thinned out every 2 months or so, because it grows back quick.
Ask your hairdresser which styles would suit you. It's what they're there for. Or if you have pictures of styles you like, show them.
