will masterbution will cause aids

my question is that i was masterbuting from last 3 years due to this i have got a big ass and my health is lost, is there is any chance that i get affected by aids, for this i am deeply worried, please help for me.

masturbating will NOT:

-give you a "big ass"
-harm your health, in many cases it helps your health
-give you aids!!!

masturbating is a safe and natural way to relieve sexual tension and shouldn't be harming you.
