Cherry_Blow_Pop answered Tuesday November 6 2007, 8:20 pm: Both of your testicles hold sperm. Sperm is constantly being made in the testicles and that is also where it is held until it comes out either through masturbation or leakage, (also known as 'wet dreams'.) The more sperm that is being held in the testicles, causes them to swell, or get bigger, temporarily. So, when it is released, it gets smaller, also just temporarily. The pain and other problems you are experiencing just comes from going through puberty, a lot of things will change for you in the coming years. You dn't have anything to worry about.
