this cant be normal =0 i have...
broke my foot
broke my toe
broke my right arm
broke my left arm
hyperextended my right knee and pulled the ligaments
got tendonitis in both my knees
sprained my left arm (shoulder , elbow and wrist)
and now i have a herniated disk in my back
besides the broken foot and toe all the rest happened within the last 2 years!
is something wrong with me because i cant take this anymore. im very active with sports and it seems like im getting hurt everyother week.

you should make your bones stronger [especially since you broke most of them] but taking calcium supplements [and others] and doing bone-strenghtening exercises.
i only know this 'cause i'm in this new thing called hope, its a combination of health and pe.

do you mean in school or out of school?
just ask your coach or a registered physical therapist about bone-strengthening exercises. ]
you need to take vitamins or improve your diet. eat healthier...go to your doctor and ask his opinon. eat bananas! ]
