I don't know about the exact same thing, but I do have the shirt that's underneath and go it at American Eagle, and I'm sure you can get a shirt similar to the one that's in the picture at American Eagle or Pacsun, Hollister, or Forever 21.

American Eagle, Hollister, and Abercrombie all have tank tops in that style. I'd bet you could find one at one of those stores =]
