*In the first picture, all she has done has taken the black eyeliner and used it as an eye shadow. On her eye lid, and below her eyes. And smudges it a bit, to give it the 'smokey' effect.

if shes wearing any eye shadow its just a cream base, nothing sparkly or anything.
you should put on a thick layer of black eyeliner all around your eyes and smudge it to get the effect that she has.
and then just put on black mascara

It looks like just mascara and eyeliner, but she made the eyeliner darker at the edges.
