Some people judged me at school. Just ignore them, a lot of people considered me a slut/whore and atomatically thought that I was sleeping with a lot of people when the truth was that I had only ever slept with my boyfriend. For a while it was hard to leave my baby at home when I returnede for school, but i knew she was going to be ok because my mom was with her, sometimes I took her to school with me, you may want to see what your schools policy on that is. I was allowed to bring her on days that my mom could not watch her, and it was pretty fun going to school and being a mom all at the same time and people do gain a lot of respect for you when you bring your baby to school with you. I even brought Ashley to school with me through the rest of my high school years even after she turned 1 and all people thought she was so adorable. I was out about 2 weeks before I was due and then I stayed home for about a month after i had her and I went into school like once a week to pick up work so that I would not get really far behind. If your boyfriend plans on having something to do with your baby, then he will probally want to stay out of school and be with you for say the first week thats what mine did and it really helped! Some of my friends did act weired when I told them but it was more of them being in shock. Some of my friends that I was not so close to kind of ignored me for a while but then slowly came back and talked to me again, also my really close friends backed me up and supported me all the way. I know that your parents are not going to hate you! You have to know that they will always love you no matter what happens. They might be dissapointed or mad for a while but in the end they will be excited and happy for you. That is a really good thing that Dennys parents are excited because that gives more hope that they will support you even if your parents do not. You have to keep in mind that different parents have different oppinions on things like this. I can understand why you are nervous I was too, and be prepaired for major cravings! lol it is one time in your life when you can acctually eat what ever you want and not look like a pig! Good luck with talking to your parents and if you want let me know as things progress and I can help you alot! [ turn-n-burn's advice column | Ask turn-n-burn A Question ]
