I lose alot of hair..And I know it's from stress because I do that alot..And think alot..And stuff like that. But it's like abnormal amounts too...I mean it's everywhere almost. And I hate brushing it because there's so much hair! Is there any shampoos I can use or anything I can get from the drugstore? I'm asian by the way. I'm dyed/highlighted my hair for the past 3 years or so a couple of times..Not a whole lot. My hair used to be really thick and long and black..Please help. Anything will be good :] Thanks.

-Genetics
-Ringworm (commonly found in children)
-Mental or physical stress
-Hair care, like pulling your hair back too tightly or ponytails
-Diseases like lupus or cancer
-That disorder when people pull out their own hair
-Scalp injuries
-Medication side effects
-"Alopecia areata", where a person's own body starts destroying hair follicles
-Thyroid disease
-Age
