Okay, let's get some background first. Why do you want this guy? Was he dating you first, and she stole him? Do you just want him for yourself? There are ethical questions involved here.

If she stole him from you, are you doing this to get back at her, or because you genuinely love this guy? Conversely, do you really want someone who's going to leave you for the first girl who bats her eyelashes at him?

If you want to steal him away from her, just keep in mind that if he leaves her for you, he may leave you for someone else. It's a risky proposition. And do you really want to be the kind of person that breaks up couples just because you want one of them for arm candy? If she's not right for him, let him figure it out, then move in when he's single and looking.

I've found it easiest not to poach women that are involved with other men. It's just easier that way. There are plenty of single folks out there, and if you're not happy with one, move on to another.

Hope this helps.
