First of all, connect the Zen Mirco and the iPod to your computer.
Explore the Zen Micro in Windows Explorer and locate the music files that you want to move to your iPod. Open iTunes, and click your iPod's name. Check the box next to "Manually manage music".
Now, click on "Music" under the iPod's name, and you should see a list of songs that are already on your iPod (which would be empty if you haven't already put anything on it). Drag the files from Windows Explorer to there. The songs should be copied to the iPod.
If that doesn't work, just copy the songs from the Zen Micro to the computer, copy them to the iPod and then delete them from the computer. ]
no you need the itunes software ]
