I signed up for a website domain and i'm using super cool hosting with cpanel. But now I'm so confused!!! I DO know a lot of html, but i'm confused about how i'm supposed to actually get my webpage/design started. I have no idea what to do! I've tried looking up instructions online...but they're so confusing. can anyone help me?! thanks!

createblog.com might be of some help.
it should have a 'codes' subtitle.
or something like that, i haven't been on in a while.
