Do I have bad circulation?

My hands are always cold. Do I have bad circulation? How do I fix this?

probably because you don't have enough blood running through your body. This happend to me before, you just need to eat more things with iron in them. Try reading the nutrition thing on stuff. Salmon is the best way to increase your iron, same with lots of other red things ( vegtables, fruits )

you probally do have bad circulation. i dont' think there is a way to fix it but u should go to the doctor to have it checked out incase something is wrong. well don't get to cold
