everytime after i get out of the shower, all across my cheeks and nose turns BRIGHT red and burns really bad for about 10 minutes. what could this be and how can i stop it?

Sometimes heat and moisture trigger histamine release--it's a kind of non-allergic hives. You
can check with a dermatologist or try taking an over the counter claritin.

If it stops after 10 minutes or so I don't know that I would try a medication really. You could also try
using water that isn't as hot. Or cool the water down and rinse your face with it before getting out
of the shower. :)

Me personally i've never heard of anything like that. It could be the soap or a bacteria in the water. My advice is to see doctor as soon as it is possible. Good Luck!
