WHAT IS THAT SONG!!

There is a song where like this girl who like kind of announces something and then the music starts.. and it sounds like bob marley kind of its got that Jamaican type of music and the bob marley type of voice.. like how he pauses in between songs you know..
anyone know that song!!!
