How should I welcome my boy back after being in Asia?

Question Posted Tuesday October 30 2007, 12:46 am

I'm a 19/f.
My boyfriend and I go to college together, but live 1000 apart out of school. We only saw each other two separate times during the summer. And he is currently on foreign term in Asia for three months. So there has been about 6 months that I haven't seen him!
I want to do something really sweet for when he gets back in November! What should I do?
Alcohol can be used...
And, don't just say Sex. That is a given.
Thanks!

Ignatz answered Tuesday October 30 2007, 11:33 pm:
One thing you should NOT do is show up at the airport in sexy underwear and a trenchcoat. I spent a year abroad in college. My girlfriend at the time came out to JFK Airport in New York City in bra, panties, garter belt and trenchcoat, thinking she'd meet me at the baggage pickup and whisk me off to Brooklyn. Not so: my bags got lost. She had to sit in a sweltering hot airport lounge for three hours while they located my luggage.

Bring him back to some place where you can be alone, and arrange a good dinner. Pate, wine, soft cheese like Brie or Camembert, good crusty bread, and prosciutto with melon. Relax, drink, enjoy each other's company, then just let things go naturally.

I would suggest a pick-nick(depending on the weather) or a nice meal out.
Choose a place with his favorite food, and after you can go back to your house(if possible) and put on his favorite music. And things should go on from there, depending what you and him want to do.

This has worked well for some :)
