I really want this dress, but don't know where it's from

I love love love this dress, I have been spending hours trying to look for it and for the brand of it. I saw it on a girl, but I'll show you the picture.

It's not the right color, but otherwise it is a perfect match. I found it on edressme.com and it's by flip. It's a little pricey, but VERY cute and worth the money if i do say so myself. =)
