[2] You tell them that they're fine looking. You may be lying, but it's better to lie to them than to tell them that they're fat & ruin their confidence. Most of the time what I say, which I do mean, is that you don't want to be a stick figure and I wouldn't even mind gaining weight. I think it's better to be healthy, no matter what weight you are -- that's all that matters.
