Your parents do sound pretty strict (well only your mother as much as I know), and there's always a solution to a problem.
What you need to do is sit your mom down and tell her you like this boy.
I did it too. I told her to meet the boy and if I didn't have her approval, that we would stay friends. I think that's what you should do.
Tell her he's not just a "guy", He's a... (talk about what he is) etc.
Just, try to get your mom to understand it's time to let you off the leash.
And as far as your brother, tell that boy to back off. If he's that strict, then he must not know one thing about you cause you say your a "good" girl.
And your crush's ex girlfriend can get over herself. Don't worry about her. [ lovefalls8's advice column | Ask lovefalls8 A Question ]
