youtube video to mp3 converter

I need a good, fast, free, and reliable Youtube (flv) video to mp3 converter. I prefer using Youtube compared to Limewire, and other p2p networks. I am able to download, but I want something safe. Keep in mind that I am downloading this to my dad's computer, and I can NOT mess his computer up, or he'll kill me.

I know that you are quite the computer expert, so thats why I asked you.
