BIGGEST COLD SORE!

okay, im just getting over a cold, and have the biggest freakin cold sore youve ever seen@ Its humungous! The worst part is, it swelled up my lip so now i look like i have baloon lips. I need tips on how to get rid of it and/or hide it!
Its so embarrassing, beacuse i feel like when people talk to me, theyre talking to my cold sore!
MAJOR HELP!

I use Abreva. Like that ad that says "No one looks hot with a cold sore." Yeah. You can get it at a drugstore. In the meantime, sort of cover it up with water-based cover-up. It'll make it go away pretty quick.
