As the columnist before me stated, Ashley Tisdale does have extenstions, however, that doesn't mean you can't achieve her hairstyle. Here are the steps...
1) The curling iron, of course.
2) About half-way length of your hair, start curling there, rather than at your roots.
3) After you're finished, I recommend spraying an anti-frizz leave-in conditioner on your curly locks.

She actually has hair extensions. But, all you do is curl the bottom section of your hair, and then hairspray it. Its not hard:D
