Hello I am the parent of the user [your user name] on your site. I don't approve of my [son/daughter] using this site, and I'd like you to delete [his/her] account. [She/He] is 11 years old, so [she/he] really shouldn't be on this site anyway. Thank you very much.
Website owners are seriously afraid of the COPPA, which prevents people under 13 years of age from using pretty much any site. They *have* to remove you after you say you're under 13, or else face serious legal penalties.
Be aware that there is a small chance of them IP banning you, which will prevent you from ever going to that site again.
