some kind of nervous eating problem..?

When I'm nervous, I eat everything in sight. I'll eat a plate of cookies for all I care. I know this isn't good at alllllllll...but it's so hard to help it. Like, say there's a test coming up for me..Instead of studying, I'm too stressed out and I start eating more than I actually study! lol....at other times, when not nervous..I eat a lot. But I'm scared to get fat..and so I have to tell myself "No.This will make you fat. Dont eat it." Mostly though, I just end up eating it anyway ://////

is this normal?! 15/f.

this is just a suggestion but maybe you can try drinking a few glasses of water or eat ice chips instead of eating junky stuff. maybe that'll help?

This sounds like what we call emotional eating. It's probably not the best thing for you to be doing with that nervous energy... Here's a good link that can help you. But don't worry, it's common enough throughout the womenfolk ;)
