some kind of nervous eating problem..? When I'm nervous, I eat everything in sight. I'll eat a plate of cookies for all I care. I know this isn't good at alllllllll...but it's so hard to help it. Like, say there's a test coming up for me..Instead of studying, I'm too stressed out and I start eating more than I actually study! lol....at other times, when not nervous..I eat a lot. But I'm scared to get fat..and so I have to tell myself "No.This will make you fat. Dont eat it." Mostly though, I just end up eating it anyway ://////
is this normal?! 15/f.

this is just a suggestion but maybe you can try drinking a few glasses of water or eat ice chips instead of eating junky stuff. maybe that'll help? ]
This sounds like what we call emotional eating. It's probably not the best thing for you to be doing with that nervous energy... Here's a good link that can help you. But don't worry, it's common enough throughout the womenfolk ;)
