field hockey.

i recently started playing field hockey. i play a forward (usually through or wing) not to be braggy but i think im pretty good but i just don't know where to go when the other team has a free hit or when my team has a free hit, that kind of stuff. can anyone help me out?

What me team does is called channeling. It kinda looks like this:
