The two flap things in my vagina, one is almost like enlarged, and flappy, and the other one is smaller and tighter...what is that? (i'm 16/f)

Those are the major and minor labia ( larger and smaller vaginal lips). The smaller ones (inner) are there to protect the opening of your vagina, and the larger lips protect your external genitals.
