Hi well I am a little over wight and I want to lose it before I go to high school which is next year so What kind of diet should I go on and I dont want to like starve my self u know.

Also instead of drinking soda or high sugared juice you could drink water. water helps a lot! also exercise for like an hour a day [just running or dancing around to music]
