theymos answered Tuesday October 16 2007, 6:31 pm: Don't use bearshare. It uses the fasttrack network, the one _most monitored_ by copyright holders. You're 10x more likely to get caught on the fasttrack network than on the gnutella(limewire) network. Fasttrack also has the most malware, and I'm pretty sure bearshare comes bundled with malware. Razhie is correct about the legality.
