grapefruits & other citrus fruits like juices, berries = vitamin C
dried fruits like raisins, prunes are a good source of iron and potassium.

They're a heck of a lot better for you than fatty snacks, even the sugar ones, which you should/can still eat. The person below me is right; grapefruit does have a natural fat-burner, but don't make that you're primary consumption.
