Recently, I met a guy, and we saw eachother 6 times over the course of 5 weeks. Things were going great and on the 6th time we hung out, we watched a movie at his house. I thought it was good, and I was quite sure he was interested in me. Later that night he removed the "looking for" section of his facebook (A Relationship, Dating & Friendship).
The next day he was supposed to come over to my house, but he forgot he was supposed to have a guys party and watch a hockey game, so he broke off plans with me. I tried to be understanding, so everything went okay.
After that point he has not been talking to me. We briefly talked over MSN but he seemed uninterested. I messaged him asking how things were going, and why I wasn't getting messages anymore. No reply from him. It has been a week since this problem began, so I asked him why he had stopped talking to me.
His reply?
He didn`t know, he just had nothing to say.
I feel like that's a lie, but clearly we are done seeing eachother. Why might he have stopped talking? I don't think he met another girl, and I don't want to harass him by asking again. It's his loss, I am just curious.
Thanks for the insight! =)

Buttacup answered Saturday October 13 2007, 11:24 pm: Very possible one of his friends had influenced him to stop talking to you. But it seems like maybe he still wants you if he can't find the words to say goodbye. I mean, often times if I guy is uninterested, they'll come out and give an excuse, but if they're still interested, they tend to hide behind silence 'cause they're afraid of ruining any chances in the future.
Maybe he's just confused. Haha!
And yeah, it is his loss. I admire that you said that, by the way, it's great to see you aren't hung over about it. *high five* =D [ Buttacup's advice column | Ask Buttacup A Question ]

You are very right. It's his loss.
