I really like that phone, Its cute in pink =]And all the features make it a pretty damn good phone, I deffo think you should get it
14MB isnt that much but you can buy memory cards with alot more memory than that. 1GB is the best but im not sure if you can get 1GB in a phone memory card. Ask at a phone shop, they will tell you everything you need to know. Ask them about how much memory they reccomend for that phone
But 14MB isnt that much because you will want to store photos, videos and sounds in your phone and you wont be able to get much with 14MB
