wish list

Question Posted Wednesday October 10 2007, 6:17 pm

On a site there's a "add to my wish list" button and i clicked it.

It said, "your item has been added to your wishlist" but I never made an account for anything.

What happened or where does it save it? and how can i view it?

You can't view it. Sites that have wishlists use browser cookies to store them temporarily, but those are often deleted within days, and then it's unrecoverable. You should create an account if you want to use the wishlist feature.

Add to my wish list is what you use when you shop using the internet usually.

Don't worry, you haven't been signed up for anything. The only way to confirm the deal is to click something like "checkout" and even then no deal is made because you haven't paid, and the only way to pay is usually credit card or money order.

And how to view it, sorry can't help you there. It depends on each site.
