the weekend! Is there ANY way I can lose a few pounds before friday or saturday?
I'm hanging with a old friend and I want to wear these jeans but they make my butt look big.
I plan on walking 1 hour in the afternooon, don't eat high calorie stuff and drink ALOT of water, (only)
do you think I'll lose a few pounds if I do this?

the first few pounds?
they don't come from your butt.
walking is good, as long as you sweat for at least half of that.
in addition to staying away from high-calorie stuff, try to stay away from unhealthy foods, even if they don't have that many calories.
water is good, but lowfat or nonfat milk are a good alternative.

sorry to bring you down but i don't think that you could lose any weight in a couple of days. it is just phisically impossible. you could do some sit ups to help because that is what made me loose some weight but you really can't loose weight that fast, and if you did, it wouldn't be good for you. sry to bring you down but you just can't do it.

you could also jog or jump rope. do lots of push-ups to tone the arms, and sit-ups for the ab's. ]
