Maybe there isn't a reason short-term but what about long term? I, too, procrastinate and have been awfully daydreamy in school. Do you have an anxiety disorder? I do and it's not fun but you really have to believe in yourself. Ask for help when you need it. Discover why you're doing this. Knowing the cause might help solve the problem. Take it one step at a time. Look forward to something, the next period... whatever you have to do. Know that you aren't forced, you can do things as you wish no matter what people say... the trick is wanting to do it yourself even if you hate it. Put whatever's on your mind and just push it to the back of your thoughts. Ask yourself what's important here. What do u have to lose, and what do you have to gain? ...Also, doing something that allows you to express or let go and relax could really help you be ready to come back. You're not alone, there's always someone that cares about you. If you can't do it for yourself, do it for someone else. Maybe your future someone else... or your future self. You can do it! And you will. Try to stay at least a little positive and don't quit. It's never worth it.
I hope you feel better. [ mystiqueoptima's advice column | Ask mystiqueoptima A Question ]
