Ask a friend who can. I know I couldnt dance to save my life. But now I have some good things I can that most people cant.. But ask a friend to show how to do SIMPLE things, Like grinding. And another thing is, all you really have to do is move your body, move it around when your really close to him to make it feel like you know what your doing, to him. I hope I helped!!=D

You don't have to know how to dance. It's a casual dance right? Just sort of start moving along to the beat, and you'll get lost in it. You can look around at what others are doing, and that should give you a pretty good clue. Don't be nervous. Everyone says that they don't know how to dance, but once they get there, the past is history. Just have fun.

Watching the other girls/guys dance will help, just mimic what you see... maybe down-play it a little because it's your first time. And you know something? Your boyfriend might even think it's cute that you don't know how to dance, and then there's the fun of him teaching you! It's much easier than you think. You don't have to do anything crazy like drop to floor or any such thing like that. Don't be afraid, it'll be fun! Put on some dance music before you go and dance in front of the mirror in near darkness and see what you got. If you don't like it you can always change it. Or not dance at all... But there's not just one way to do it, everyone has their own way. You just gotta find yours! Try not to worry too much about it. You're probably over-reacting. There's no law saying every girl/guy has to know how to dance. Just have fun.
