I just got an exander for my braces, and my prounciation is horrible now. I have a very hard time prounanciating the word me, and I have a singing competition this Saturday. Is there any way I can improve my speech. The expander presses against the roof of my mouth so...

i know exactly how you feel, when i had mine in, i had to do a reading in acting class. horribleeee. anyways, just keep practicing your diction, like the really hard ones. (e,r,k,anything that doesn't sound right) practice the songs,and when you sing open your mouth bigger than you used to. when you start getting a space in between your frount teeth, you could put wax (the ones they give you when you get your braces) in between it. it wont look as noticeable. okay, well i hope i helped<3!

You can take the expander out, can't you? I had to do that too. Just practice your diction by slowly doing tongue twisters. Hope I helped.
