Try putting less paper in at a time. The paper could be a little too scrunched up, so when the printer tries to grab one, it grabs one and then the one that was too scrunched up to it goes along as well. At least it's always happened to me when I have a lot of paper in the printer.

Happened to me before. I figured it was because I put the paper in too much, or too out. It should be even, and the side thing shouldnt be to in, becuase it would squish the paper. So make sure you put your paper evenly, then put it in. When you put it in, it may just stop near the end, but it will also feel like you can also push it in more. Though, DONT! that is what causes that problem. Hope this helped. :)

It happens to me sometimes as well. It might be that the two pieces of paper are stuck together. Make sure the paper is separated before you start to print. It happens if you don't fan the paper before you put it into the printer or you haven't printed in a while and they have been sitting. Good luck , I hope this helped :-)
