I use AIM [lauraxomichelle] and I'm on at least once a day (most days). MSN I gave up on a couple years ago because no one I knew had it =/
Emailing me is probably you best bet- and you wouldn't have to wait for me to be online, either. My email is lauraxomichelle@gmail.com and I check it basically every day. If you do email me, put Advicenators in the subject somewhere so I know to open it; Gmail has a tendency to mark everything as spam.
