i have a verizon enV phone
and it used to have the keyguard automacially go on after like 5 seconds.

but now all of a sudden it just stopped working.
and i can't figure out how to turn it on again.

I have the enV too. Is it set to go on automatically?? You could have accidently set it so that it doesn't. Go to Settings & Tools & then Keyguard Timer [it should be the first one]. You have the option of picking how long you want the timer to wait before the keyguard comes on. If you do not see this, I would suggest reading the manual or calling verizon.
