Exfoliate

Question Posted Sunday October 7 2007, 7:52 pm

How often should I exfoliate my face? I have a pretty mild exfoliating cleansing scrub, but I've heard that exfoliating too often can be too harsh for the skin.

in my own personal experience you should only do it once every ten days

You can probably get away with exfoliating on a daily basis. I have extremely sensitive skin (moderate excema, three crazy-intensely strong acne products, the whole deal) and I use St. Ives Apricot Scrub every day without a problem. If you notice your skin getting really irritated, switch to every other day or so.
