i am 16 and so basically my stomach is not flat at all and i would love for it to be flat and i have been trying all these years to make the fat go away.. i have tried crunches and situps but they dont work.. is there anything i can do? and exercise or foods?
sit ups and cardio will burn fat and build muscle. at a mile a day, and extremely intense ab workouts (google for routines) you should see results in 5-6 weeks, and continue to see results from there on out. ]
