Halloween//17th birthday Party
My Birthday is November 7th [a week from Halloween] and I want to have some kind of party for it. Problem is, I've never had a guy/girl or even a "party" since I was like 12. Also, I've only lived here for 10 months. I have some people to invite but I don't know if I should go through with it because it might end up being lame.
What should I say on the invites? birthday or halloween party or both?
What could we do that isn't lame?

You can call it a Halloween-theme Birthday Party. Do a dance party where everyone is in a costume, just remember to tell them that no one's getting into the party unless they have they're invitation, because you don't want strangers coming in. Invite everyone you want, and people who you don't know that well will like you better since you're being nice by inviting them. Invite a few close friends to help you set up. Good luck.
