is it bad to use the computer before going to bed?

is it bad to use the comp before going to sleep? the light bothers your eyes right so they cant rest? if so, what can i do to recover besides wait?

yes, being on the computer late at night sends messages to the brain telling them to stay awake, try getting off the computer earlier and reading a book before you go to sleep, it will help to rest your mind.
