okay so you know how people will have a picture of a certain comment on their profile? well I want to know how to do that? any help is appreciated. :D

**When you copy something, it goes to the Clipboard. When you press prtscr, you're putting an image of your entire screen in the clipboard. When you paste it, you are pasting the image.**

On your keyboard, next to F12 and above Insert is a key called "Prt Scr", or some variation on that. Press it. Go to paint or any other image program and then go to edit>paste. You can then edit or crop it as you please.
