Muscle building.

Question Posted Tuesday October 2 2007, 4:19 pm

How long does it generally take to start seeing a difference when you're doing strength training and muscle building?

I know everyone is different but is there an approximate amount of time?

I would say about 3- 6 months for it to be noticable enough that people might comment on it. Less for you yourself to notice it. Guys are probably on the lower end of that estimate and girls are probably closer to the higher end.
