when i had my period it was black in colour and it lasted for 10 days, worried about it

that site has the answer ur looking for... it's probably true, but it's not coming from a doctor or anything... i believe it though.

you're probably fine but 10 days is unusually long...


but just to be on the safe side I'd tell your mom and make an appointment with a gyno.

Well if it was ur first one its understandible.
But if not it might just be your system flushing something out. Id wait for you next period and if it has the same color tell your Mom, or go to the doctors to get it checked out.. just to be on the sure side.
