If you meant your lips on your face, you could be allergic to latex if he was wearing a condom

I take it you mean you vaginal lips?

That's normal-ish. The lips of the vagina actually do fill up with a bit of extra blood when you are aroused. Irration or friction can also cause swelling.

Were you using a different kind of lube or condom? If so, avoid that brand in the future. Were you feeling rough or dry during sex? If so, use lubrication. Friction is a bad thing.

Also remember that showering after sex is never a bad idea.

If it happens frequently and the swelling doesn't go down after showering, then you need to see a doctor.

Were you kissing a lot? I've heard of people kissing so much that their lips swelled up. It'll go down eventually, and it did so no worries. Just try not to kiss as much during sex.

If you don't think that's it, you could always call Planned Parenthood and ask them. They would probably have a better chance of helping you.
